Juventus Join the Race of signing Neymar and ready to Offer Paulo Dybala Plus Cash.
Juventus is assumed to have entered the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Neymar, with both Real Madrid and Barcelona striving to tempt the French side to sell this summer.
Juventus are reportedly prepared to submit Dybala (who is valued at 80 million euros) and 100 million euros for Neymar.
The Bianconeri would also be ready to offer Neymar a 37 million euros per season as salary.
The two La Liga titans Real Madrid and Barcelona have been battling it out to sign the winger for something seems like an eternity, but PSG’s huge asking price nearly up to €222m – has caused negotiations incredibly complex. Various player-plus-cash deals had been submitted, but yet to accept any bid from neither of the two teams.
AS.com had stated that both Real Madrid and Barcelona seem to be calm towards their interest in Neymar as they have had a tough time to obtain a reasonable agreement with PSG.
However, this indicates that a club like Juventus might presently be one of the favourites in landing Neymar before the end of this summer transfer window.
PSG are considered to see Dybala as the perfect replacement for Neymar, and they want to strike a completely separate deal for the Argentine. However, the Bianconeri have now declared their interest in the Brazilian international, and AS state someone close to Neymar’s family has verified a bid approximately €100m plus Dybala has been made by Juventus.
PSG are interested in the Dybala deal as they want to meet his agent tomorrow, PSG sees Dybala as the best replacement for Neymar as they would be suitable to have two of the most reputable youngsters in the world (Mbappé and Dybala).
In order to finalise the deal, Juventus will have to sell Mario Mandzukic, Blaise Matuidi and Daniele Rugani, their sales are supposed to be in the region of €100m with that they are close in landing the Brazilian. If that is not enough, then Gonzalo Higuain could be shoved towards departure at the Allianz Stadium.
PSG open to doing business with Juventus, given the absence of improvement, made by both Real Madrid and Barcelona.
A source said: “Madrid are not fully involved in the signing because Leonardo’s expectations are too extraordinary. And as it stands, Barcelona is totally out of the race of signing the player this summer.”
The Los Blancos are understood to have been attempting a swap deal of their own. PSG had demanded either Raphael Varane, Vinicius Junior or Thibaut Courtois but, with Real Madrid declining to part ways with any of them, Keylor Navas appeared as a likely option.
However, given that the Costa Rican goalkeeper is the least valuable in their team, Real Madrid would require to offer more cash alongside him, and their hesitation to do so seems to have opened the door for Juventus.
