Tottenham Hotspur has agreed on letting Christian Eriksen leave in the upcoming transfer window while Real Madrid and Juventus are expected to come in first for him.

Eriksen has been heavily linked with a move away from the White Hart Lane in couples of months ago following his public declaration concerning a possible move away from Spurs.

Mauricio Pochettino recently illustrates the Dane pointed to the fact that he could be subject to permitting the player to go. He said: ”He is happy here with us, then everyone thinks about their own goals. For us he is an important player and, if possible, he will always play.”

Ilbianconero alleges that Eriksen’s future is growing closer to Juventus, who will be ready to make an attempt to sign him on a free transfer since his contract runs out at the end of this season.

The 27-year-old Denmark didn’t want to sign a new contract at Spurs this summer and, despite Mauricio Pochettino summoning for a solution, the Dane is still at the club and running down his prevailing contract.

Real Madrid has made contact with Tottenham before over Eriksen, but no official bid has ever been made to bring him to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

However, Eriksen proceeds to play and influence for Spurs, starring in all four of their Premier League matches this season, scoring once.

Tottenham and Real Madrid first held talks in the summer of 2018 when Levy asked for 120 million euros for the midfielder.

This summer, Tottenham offered Eriksen to The Los Blancos, but Zinedine Zidane‘s preference of Paul Pogba meant the transfer didn’t happen.

Now, with under a year left on his Spurs deal, Eriksen is hoping that Real Madrid will come back in for him.

His lawyers are making calls to clubs across Europe, including Real Madrid and Juventus with Eriksen free to speak to other clubs in January.

Tottenham is convinced that Eriksen will end up wearing the white of Real Madrid.
